There are no words to express my gratitude for all the help and support Debra has given me and my family these past years.  She is so incredibly gifted at connecting with her clients as well as teaching you how to connect with yourself.  I never felt judged or shamed even in my darkest, most chaotic days where poor choices were plentiful.    Debra has genuine concern for her clients, and gives them the tools they need for self regulation, processing, and appreciating yourself for who and where you are.  Without her guidance throughout the years, I would not be the strong independent secure person I am today.  She taught me that I am more than my childhood trauma and attachment style, as well as how to sit with the hard stuff, learn, and grow from it.  I always know that when I wobble, Debra has helped me tap into my toolbox.  I no longer end up in a tail spin, but rather embrace that wobble with curiosity and compassion.  Forever grateful to you Debra, you are an amazing human.
