I currently only offer online video counseling at WeCounsel.com where we may meet wherever it’s most convenient for you. All you need is a computer with camera and broadband internet access. It’s secure and accepted by major health insurance companies. I accept the insurance of Illinois residents who have Optum Behavioral Health, TriCare, Humana Military, Blue Cross Blue Shield, AETNA, and CIGNA.

I use solution-focused, trauma-informed, cognitive-behavioral, and brief-therapy interventions. I am passionate about the neurophysiological impact of stress and trauma on human development. I have innovatively synthesized evidence-based practices into experiential interventions to maximize human potential and heal trans-generational trauma.
